Salon Etiquette
To make everyone's visit as relaxing as possible, I have a few salon rules.
-
There is ample parking at the Millennium Memorial Hall and on the main road. Please do not use the disabled parking by the main door unless you or someone you are travelling with requires it.
-
Your time at my studio is precious. I respectfully ask mobile phones be put on silent mode or have the volume reduced. Why ruin your treatment with a phone call that could have waited?!
-
I have a cancellation and ‘no-show’ policy in place to protect my business. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment I require a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged for the full treatment cost. Forgotten appointments will also incur a 100% charge. Refusal to pay this fee will result in any scheduled appointments being removed and future bookings being refused. Gift voucher holders will forfeit the voucher if they provide less than 24 hours cancellation/reschedule notice, or fail to attend the booked appointment.
-
If you are late to your appointment, whilst I will do my best to accommodate you, your treatment may have to be reduced so as to not impact the following appointments, and you will be charged for the full booking.
-
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you would like to reduce your allocated time otherwise you will be charged for the treatment cost scheduled.
-
I reserve the right to ask for a booking fee of up to 50% to secure your appointment. This must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your booking, otherwise the appointment may be cancelled. Refunds are only available when a minimum of 48 hours' notice is provided. With 24-48 hours' notice, the fee may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment (maximum of 3 transfers). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments will deem the booking fee non-refundable or transferable. All new clients are required to pay a booking fee.
